These terms govern access to the LyroDental informational website. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and acknowledge the limits described below. These terms do not replace the separate terms and informed-consent process applicable to dental treatment.

The website provides general information about the clinic, its facilities and dental services. It does not provide visitor accounts, online payments or treatment through the website. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside the operator’s reasonable control, and no promise is made that every feature will always be available.
A telephone call, email or visit to an external profile is an enquiry only. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic expressly confirms its date and time. Fees, availability, treatment arrangements and any cancellation conditions are communicated directly by the clinic and may depend on the patient’s individual needs.
Doctoranytime, Google and other external platforms operate under their own terms. Any booking or review submitted there is a transaction between you and that platform and, where applicable, the clinic under the arrangements confirmed separately.
Website content is general information, not medical or dental advice, diagnosis, a prescription or a personalised treatment plan. Images and descriptions cannot replace an examination by a qualified professional. The website and ordinary email are not monitored as emergency services. For severe or urgent symptoms, contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service immediately.
Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and current, but health information evolves and services, staff, availability, fees, ratings, opening hours and other details may change. Contact the clinic or the relevant third-party platform to confirm information before relying on it. Nothing on the site guarantees that a particular treatment is suitable or will achieve a particular result.
You may browse the site and share links for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use its content unlawfully or misleadingly.
Unless otherwise stated, the clinic or its licensors own the text, photographs, graphics, branding and site design. Applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property rights are reserved. The clinic does not control their availability, content, security, accessibility, ratings or data practices. A link does not amount to endorsement, and use of an external service is governed by that provider’s terms.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, misuse of the site, or an external service outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
The Privacy Policy explains the website’s technical processing, local theme storage and the handling of communications initiated through the displayed contact details. Do not send unnecessary health information or identity documents through ordinary email.
The operator may update the website and these terms to reflect service, technical or legal changes. The version published with the latest revision date applies from that date. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection or statutory right to bring proceedings before another competent court. The English version is provided for accessibility; where legally permitted and versions differ, the Greek version prevails.
